Cancellation requests for hosting will be honored for 60 days beyond any initial order.
Should you feel reasonable need to cancel your account with Designers-Den we simply request a signed fax to 866-835-1259 attn: Designers-Den Cancellation
We will refund any hosting fees in full up to 60 days beyond the original credit card transaction date.
Design Fees are NOT refundable.
If Designers-Den has performed design or web development (forms, database programming) work on your behalf, money charged for this work is NOT refundable. Should you ever cancel your account with Designers-Den you will be sent, complete copies of all completed work - either by email or on a CD via snail mail.
Cancellation - Suspension - Termination of Service
Customer Cancellation must be recieved in writing prior to their renewal date. Proof of account ownership must be included, such as the last 4 digits of the billing credit card on file.
Designers-Den reserves the right to suspend service of any account more than 3 days past due. If payment is not recieved, or arrangements have been made after 15 days, we reserve the right to remove your account, including all web files, databases, & email, from our servers.
Designers-Den reserves the right to terminate service at any time. A portion of fees paid in advance of termination may be pro-rated and paid by CAZ Creations if Designers-Den institutes it's right of termination. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer (i.e. transfer, space etc.)
Failure to pay any invoice initiated by Designers-Den may result in termination of your account. Designers-Den reserves the right to terminate hosting services for failure to pay design/programming invoices in a timely* manner.(* within 60 days of invoice) Associated files will be released for download only (zip format) upon payment in full including any/all penalties assessed. Penalties of up to 2% per week may be assessed.
REINSTATEMENT FEE. Prior to and as a condition of resuming service, suspended hosting accounts may be charged an account reinstatement fee of $20.00. . Additionally, Designers-Den reserves the right to refuse to extend credit to any account that has become delinquent, even after the outstanding balance is paid. Designers-Den may require that a 'pay-by-check' account be converted to an alternate payment method (such as credit card billing, auto-debit, or advance payment) prior to and as a condition of reinstatement. Designers-Den reserves the right to require conversion of any outdated or "grandfathered" account as a condition of reinstatement. In addition, due to credit card fraud and potential for fraudulent disputes, suspended account holders may be required to sign a Contact Us . Once the document has been recieved, an invoice will be generated for the reinstatement fee. After all invoices are paid current, the account will be resumed within 24 hours. *Holiday's may delay this process.
RECOVERY FEE. Should a customer be suspended or cancelled by us, no access to any files will be released to said customers. If customer requires files from their suspended/cancelled account/s, we can recover the files, databases, and or email previously stored on their accounts (up to 15 days beyond the termination of service from for a recovery fee of $125. Customer must also sign/fax the following Contact Us before any recovery action will take place. Once the document has been recieved, an invoice will be generated for the recovery fee... and after this fee is paid, we will manually tar the files and send you a link to download the tarball.
Domain Registration Fees are NOT refundable.
In the event you should wish to cancel an order placed with Designers-Den you understand that any and all fees charged for domain registrations are NON-refundable. Once a domain is registered, there is no way to cancel the registration, it must expire naturally after the term for which it was registered.
By submitting an order requesting a new domain registration, you agree to forfeit the right to any and all fees charged for said domain registration. This amount is not to exceed $12.50 US.
Should you request a chargeback from your credit card company, ownership of the domain will be transfered to Designers-Den.
NOTE Regarding credit card chargebacks:
If you feel any company has improperly charged your credit card, please take the time to contact that company first to request a credit or a void. Not doing so costs the merchant $10-$50 in chargeback fees, which in turn helps to raise credit card rates for everyone.

The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected on the Designers-Den Web site or submitted to Designers-Den at any time through any Service Pages.
Personally Identifiable Information-When visiting the Designers-Den or any Client's Web site and signing up for or using Designers-Den services through any Service Page, you may choose to supply Designers-Den with information that identifies you personally. For End-Users, this information may include your name and contact information, gender, birth date, occupation and industry, shipping and billing information, credit card numbers and other payment information, behavior patterns, purchase history, and other information. For Clients, this information may include the Client's name and contact information, the Client's Web site information (name, URL, visitors per day, page views per month, description, categorization), payment information (check payee, SSN/Tax ID, bank information), and user comments. We also collect prospect information from our End-Users, which may include name and contact information of individual(s) you think would be interested in our services.
Aggregate Information—We collect non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and services, and share the aggregate data with advertisers and other third parties.
Each of Designers-Den Clients has access to information specific only to that Client's site(s). Each Client will determine what it will do with the collected information; however, each Client has individually agreed to abide by this Privacy Policy and the Designers-Den End-User Agreement.
Collection of Personal Information from Children under Thirteen
Designers-Den does not allow children known to be under the age of thirteen (13) to register for our services. We may momentarily capture personally identifiable information for purposes of determining whether a user is over the age of thirteen (13) and thus qualifies to use our services. Where the user is under the age of thirteen (13), such information is automatically deleted.
The Way We Use Information
We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include: administering a service, such as email, search, advertising sales, ecommerce; completing an order; shipping a product; replying to support requests; or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy and the End-User Agreement, we do not share this information with outside parties without your permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer our Clients and End-Users or to comply in responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings.
From time to time, we also use the information you provide about yourself or others to inform you of additions or improvements to the Designers-Den services as well as conduct member surveys in order to improve our services. These communications will only be sent to the administrative account.
We may also use personally identifiable End-User information to provide targeted content and commerce opportunities to End-Users based on their demographic and behavioral information.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above without also providing an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Content posted to public community areas is publicly available, and Designers-Den reserves the right to remove any publicly posted content that it deems to be objectionable.
